SURFLEX® brings with it indelible qualities: patented authenticity for the innovative construction and production process and certified sustainability.  It is a technical fabric with a super matte appearance reminiscent of more traditional textures: it is compact, soft and versatile, while continuing to be ideal for the creation of elegant, easy care, super stretch, non-iron garments.
It is made from 100% recycled polyamide yarn from pre- and post-consumer waste that is recovered and regenerated to become new raw material without affecting non-renewable energy sources: the fishing nets recovered and cleaned through a sophisticated physical-chemical breakdown process are regenerated into new, totally recycled yarn.

LGL - Laser Glue Lock / UWT - Ultrasound Welded & Taped

This technique involves cutting the fabric with a laser and assembling the various panels with hot glue. The gluing of two fabric panels is carried out by overlapping two edges of the fabric, one on top of the other; the one below on which the glue strip will be laid (approx. 8-12 mms wide) and the one above which will be pressed under pressure and heated to 250 to 300°. It is applied to cuts of fabric at the edge. This very resistant construction makes the garment completely waterproof.
