RETURN AND EXCHANGES
1. You can return or change your order asking for it within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. Fill in the return form at the bottom of the page by entering the same data used at the time of purchase and indicating your order number and the model or size, in case you want to ask for an exchange.
3. You will receive an email containing instructions to return your order.
4. Return shipments from Italy are always free, while from abroad the costs of return shipments are up to the consumer.

5. For the return shipment from Italy we book the collection by our courier for when you prefer.
6. Insert the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and that is in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any accompanying manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.
The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the goods, reimbursing you only the residual value of the product.
7. Once your return is received and checked by our warehouse, we will refund you with the same mean of payment used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, bank transfer) or we will ship the other size or desired model.
8. In the case of shipment from abroad keep the shipping receipt.
INFORMATION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND RETURN FOR LACK OR NON-CONFORMITY

Upon receipt of the order, you will still have to wait 24 hours to allow the delivery update within your personal account. Once the update has taken place, the possibility to proceed with the return request will be enabled.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY - RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event of defects and/or non-conformities, you will be entitled to the restoration of conformity of the product within 2 years of purchase, by repair or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you may request the repair or replacement or refund of the item no later than 2 (two) months after discovery. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and Articles. 128 and ss. of Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - indicating as a specific reason "Product damaged, not compliant or incorrectly sent" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for shipping. The authorization to return the product will not in any way constitute non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return. We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
If the product is found to be non-conforming, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
